People Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of both senior and junior engineers within the Energy and Industry sector
• Drive business development, maintain customer relationships, and participate in sales and tender activities
• Ensure group competence supply and support the professional development of team members
• Act as a project manager, technical lead, or senior consultant on active client assignments
• Collaborate with the Unit Lead and other People Leads to foster a positive and innovative work environment
• Support and drive international assignments in collaboration with global colleagues

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Process, Piping/MEK, or Electrical/Automation disciplines
• Proven experience in project management or as a project lead
• Previous experience working within the consulting industry
• Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing people and driving business growth
