People Lead (Gruppchef) Fjärrvärme/Fjärrkyla

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 employees within the thermal production and distribution sector.
• Balance people leadership with business development and active client assignments.
• Ensure group competence supply and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in sales and tender activities to grow the local market.
• Act as a project manager, technical lead, or senior consultant in relevant projects.
• Collaborate with the Unit Lead and other People Leads to foster a positive and innovative work environment.

Requirements

• Higher education in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience within the district heating and cooling industry.
• Proven leadership experience, such as a manager, project manager, or client lead.
• An established professional network within the district heating industry, preferably in the Gothenburg region.
• Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
• Experience working in a consultancy role is a significant advantage.
