People eXperience (PX) Partner

Responsibilities

• Spearhead local talent roadmaps by aligning business objectives with organizational solutions
• Champion change management and organizational design, acting as a coach to managers and teams
• Drive the local implementation of global people programs in collaboration with international Centres of Excellence
• Resolve complex employee relations using mature mediation and investigative skills
• Cultivate a healthy and productive work environment for the Netherlands team

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR or People eXperience background with increasing responsibility
• Strong, applied knowledge of Dutch labor law and international HR best practices
• Native Dutch speaker with full professional fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing human resources within the Belgium market
• Prior experience operating effectively within a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
