People Experience Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient, friendly, and reliable administration and communication for various HR processes and queries
• Inform and advise student and graduate populations on regulations, integration, and processes
• Deliver engaging presentations on HR topics to various audiences
• Master the swift administration of contractual actions for several populations

Requirements

• Experience dealing with discretion and confidentiality
• Experience or interest in delivering presentations
• Experience or interest in customer service roles
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Spoken and written English fluency
• Commitment to learn French
• Maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in HR, Administration, or related fields
• Highest educational qualification must be a general secondary education diploma
• Must be a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
