People Experience and Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and lead team-building, well-being programs, and recognition initiatives to drive engagement and retention
• Organize workshops, personal development tracks, and training sessions to foster a continuous learning culture
• Own and evolve the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company culture
• Manage PX/L&D budgets and maintain HR policies using data-driven reports to improve the work environment
• Promote company culture internally and externally to strengthen employer branding
• Support various "out-of-field" projects to meet the evolving needs of the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in internal branding, engagement activities, or an event organization agency background
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong planning, organization, and result-oriented skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and find resourceful solutions independently
