About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engagement strategies rooted in Feeld’s values of openness, inclusivity, and authenticity
  • Spearhead employer brand strategy to amplify our employer value proposition and attract top talent
  • Own and drive employee engagement initiatives using survey data and listening insights to drive action
  • Oversee virtual team events and lead the end-to-end planning of in-person team meetups and retreats
  • Partner with Internal Comms to craft thoughtful communications regarding organizational changes and new initiatives
  • Embed DEIB principles across all programs, ensuring a global lens that accounts for cultural nuances
  • Define and own the internal survey strategy to provide leadership with actionable insights on organizational health

Requirements

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering employee engagement programs and event coordination for dispersed workforces
  • Strong project management expertise with the ability to drive cross-functional work from concept to execution
  • Hands-on experience with change management methodologies in a global organization
  • Excellent active listening and empathetic communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
  • Strong analytical skills to translate engagement data into meaningful narratives and improvements
