Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive Talent Acquisition projects end to end, creating scalable workflows and playbooks
• Manage TA systems, specifically Ashby, ensuring data integrity and proper configuration
• Own the workforce planning process, connecting headcount demand with hiring capacity and budget
• Build and maintain People analytics dashboards covering hiring pipeline, attrition, and onboarding effectiveness
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve People and TA efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, workforce planning, or HR systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to bring order to complex environments
• Proficiency with data, dashboards, and operational metrics
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with BI or visualization tools is a plus
• Familiarity with ATS (ideally Ashby) and HRIS platforms
• Experience with workforce planning or headcount planning models
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
