Responsibilities

• Build an organization that performs through systems and culture rather than individual effort
• Develop a performance evaluation framework at the organizational, management, and individual levels
• Define clear KPIs and performance criteria for every role within the structure
• Implement a recurring review framework (monthly for management, quarterly for teams)
• Guide organizational change planning alongside the Board of Advisors and Management Team
• Foster cohesion among the management team during leadership transitions
• Define organizational culture, including values, behaviors, expectations, and internal rituals
• Build a mentorship program and medium-term succession plans for key roles like the General Manager
• Act as the Payroll Budget Owner, managing salaries, compensation, and benefits

Requirements

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in HR/Organizational Development (OD)
• At least 3 years of experience in a People Director or HR Manager role
• Strong specialization in organizational development, change management, and L&D
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and manage difficult conversations
• Experience managing payroll, compensation, and benefits budgets
• Resilience and persistence in navigating organizational friction and change
