About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for general inquiries regarding P&D policies, procedures, and systems
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including processing change of employment letters and system updates
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data in Workday
  • Prepare and provide accurate ongoing and ad-hoc reporting as required
  • Assist the Resourcing team with onboarding new employees and coordinating induction programs
  • Maintain accurate employee electronic files and ensure administrative accountabilities are met
  • Support the Business Engagement team with activities related to remuneration, policy, and learning & development
  • Assist with annual events such as performance reviews and salary review cycles

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role within legal, professional services, or a human resources function
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Highly developed organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a high-performance culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionalism and sensitivity when handling confidential people-related situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a relevant field of study
  • Knowledge of the legal or professional services environment
  • General working knowledge of Workday or other HRIS tools
