People Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for HR technology, workforce data, and people analytics
• Facilitate HCM system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to implement scalable workforce technology solutions
• Manage workforce data governance, including validation, audits, and compliance
• Develop workforce analytics to identify trends in turnover, retention, and diversity
• Apply predictive analytics and forecasting to support strategic workforce planning
• Design and maintain dashboards and executive reporting solutions
• Create automated reporting processes and data pipeline solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Math, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science or people analytics
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and hypothesis testing
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Knowledge of organizational research methods and employee lifecycle metrics
