People Data Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver periodic people analytics insights and reporting for leadership and company-wide consumption
• Build predictive models for headcount growth and time-to-fill forecasting
• Establish a standardized metrics library with clear definitions and methodologies
• Architect and govern a single source of truth for people data
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards for self-service needs
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable narratives for non-technical audiences
• Manage, mentor, and develop the People Analytics team
• Establish data governance policies including access controls and privacy compliance
• Champion a culture of data literacy across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, etc.)
• 10+ years of progressive people analytics experience
• 5+ years leading or managing an analytics team
• 5+ years experience embedded within HR across the employee lifecycle
• Expertise in regression, modeling, clustering, and A/B testing
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and Python or R
• Deep mastery of Workday analytics (Prism, Calculated Fields)
• Experience building and maintaining a people data warehouse
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT and survey platforms like Qualtrics or Culture Amp
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA
