People Data & Analytics Officer

Responsibilities

• Own the People analytics roadmap and define the HR KPI framework to drive measurable business impact.
• Identify and champion high-value AI use cases for HR analytics, ensuring tools connect securely to the HRIS data layer.
• Build and evolve people analytics dashboards covering turnover, absenteeism, and performance with clear storytelling.
• Enable HRBPs and stakeholders to self-serve through effective documentation, training, and guidance.
• Develop advanced models for headcount forecasting, compensation benchmarking, and talent density.
• Lead HR data governance and deliver mandatory regulatory reporting (e.g., BDESE, CSRD, GDPR compliance).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong analytical and narrative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in HRIS reporting (experience with Workday is a plus).
• A data governance mindset focused on quality, access rules, and compliance.
• Curiosity and sound judgment regarding the responsible application of AI in an HR context.
