People & Culture Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support recruitment activities and coordinate closely with hiring managers
• Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support to the team
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and industry best practices
• Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Organize learning, development, and internal culture activities to foster a creative environment
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support payroll, attendance, and other essential HR operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or HR Operations
• Previous experience working within an Advertising, Marketing, Creative, or Events agency is required
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
