About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Support recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers
- Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Organize learning, development, and internal culture activities
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support payroll, attendance, and other HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or HR Operations
- Previous experience in an Advertising, Marketing, Creative, or Events agency
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
