Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Support recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Organize learning, development, and internal culture activities
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support payroll, attendance, and other HR operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or HR Operations
  • Previous experience in an Advertising, Marketing, Creative, or Events agency
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
