People & Culture Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the application process from job posting to hiring, primarily within the commercial and skilled trades sectors
• Organize and coordinate onboarding measures for new employees
• Support personnel marketing and employer branding activities, including creating flyers and presentations
• Participate in selected People & Culture projects
• Handle general administrative tasks and maintain personnel-related data and documents
• Evaluate relevant HR metrics and reporting to derive actionable measures
• Support managers with operational personnel topics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources or completed training in a commercial field
• Initial practical experience in recruiting and Human Resources
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and social skills with a professional demeanor
• Service-oriented, structured, and conscientious working style
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good English language skills
