Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Organise and attend regular meetings with key managers to ensure effective workforce analysis and resource planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and provide coaching on recruitment best practices.
• Ensure the in-house MyHR system is continually updated in line with KPIs.
• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure all necessary employment checks are completed.
• Create employment contracts and manage communication with candidates following hiring decisions.
• Proactively research and implement best practice initiatives to align with commercial goals.
• Collate regular reports and updates for the senior recruitment partner.

Requirements

• Proven previous recruitment experience with a track record of implementing people management solutions.
• Substantial experience managing recruitment within a formal company structure.
• Experience coaching and developing managers and senior managers in recruitment methods.
• Full working knowledge of GDPR legislation.
• Full working knowledge of IR35 legislation.
• Full working knowledge of UKVI legislation.
