People & Culture Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational HR for the retail organization, including recruitment and selection of blue-collar and white-collar staff
• Guide employees through onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes
• Support managers with employee relations and socio-legal topics
• Oversee performance management processes, evaluations, and annual salary reviews
• Support workforce planning, staffing levels, and talent management (people growth)
• Coordinate closely with the payroll department
• Apply and monitor social legislation and agreements within PC 112

Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources within an operational environment
• Experience in retail, automotive, or a technical industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of PC 112 is a significant advantage
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and maintain a hands-on approach
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with both employees and managers
• Mobile and willing to travel between various sites (including Kruibeke, Herent, Wommelgem, Berlaar, and Londerzeel)
• Fluency in Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus
