• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Organize events and programs to boost employee motivation and retention
• Participate in employer branding initiatives
• Implement projects to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 1+ year of robust recruitment experience preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
• High learning agility and problem-solving skills
• Passion for mobile puzzle games
