About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted People & Culture (P&C) advisor to an assigned client group, providing support across recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, and training.
- Advise on routine employee relations matters and coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.
- Support the roll-out of global and regional P&C policies and programs.
- Maintain documentation and create reports to support departmental operations.
- Assist in vendor management, knowledge management, and departmental strategic initiatives.
- Supervise regional or project-funded P&C staff as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8-10 years of People & Culture experience in generalist or client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel and Teams).
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interpret policy and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within an international non-governmental organization (INGO).
