About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted People & Culture (P&C) advisor to an assigned client group, providing support across recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, and training.
  • Advise on routine employee relations matters and coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and job changes.
  • Support the roll-out of global and regional P&C policies and programs.
  • Maintain documentation and create reports to support departmental operations.
  • Assist in vendor management, knowledge management, and departmental strategic initiatives.
  • Supervise regional or project-funded P&C staff as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8-10 years of People & Culture experience in generalist or client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel and Teams).
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interpret policy and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within an international non-governmental organization (INGO).
