About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the key People & Culture partner for the Technology organization, working closely with the CTO to scale globally distributed technical teams.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end People & Culture processes for Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to technical leadership on team structure, engagement, performance, and retention.
- Lead and manage a recruitment team of approximately 10 people, providing mentorship and direction.
- Define and track OKRs and quarterly KPIs for the Technology organization in collaboration with the CTO and CEO Executive Office.
- Build and execute tailored People & Culture strategies that support fast-paced product development cycles and global growth.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (People Ops, L&D, Rewards) to ensure a seamless employee experience for tech talent.
- Contribute to global employer branding initiatives targeting the engineering community.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- 2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Extensive experience working directly with technical or product-driven teams (Engineering, Product, Data).
- Proven track record in a high-growth, fast-paced tech or startup environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a dynamic, global setting.
