About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Human Resources Department and manage all areas of responsibility
  • Maximize guest service and team experience through proactive problem resolution
  • Develop and implement human resources initiatives to achieve hotel targets
  • Manage the full employee life cycle, fostering a culture of growth and performance
  • Own the Human Resources budget and training plan
  • Review employee resourcing, compensation, development, and succession plans
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practice activities for internal and external audits
