About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the Human Resources Department and manage all areas of responsibility
- Maximize guest service and team experience through proactive problem resolution
- Develop and implement human resources initiatives to achieve hotel targets
- Manage the full employee life cycle, fostering a culture of growth and performance
- Own the Human Resources budget and training plan
- Review employee resourcing, compensation, development, and succession plans
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practice activities for internal and external audits
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
- Ability to provide creative solutions and strategic recommendations
