People & Culture Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end People and Culture processes for business teams
• Act as a strategic thought partner and mentor to department heads and C-level executives
• Manage Business Partners and recruitment teams to provide effective departmental guidance
• Lead and coach team members by tracking OKR progress and providing constructive feedback
• Develop and execute People and Culture strategies in collaboration with Center of Excellence functions
• Conduct retention interviews and analyze engagement metrics to address disengagement proactively
• Contribute to employer branding activities to share the company story with potential talent

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner
• 2+ years of proven experience in a team leadership role
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments such as startups or tech companies
• Expertise in HR practices including labor law, talent management, and learning and development
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Ability to balance strategic partnership with operational execution
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
