People & Culture Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape and improve the employee journey from onboarding through retention
• Design onboarding experiences to immerse new hires in company culture
• Lead engagement initiatives including pulse surveys and recognition efforts
• Partner with leaders to strengthen team health and communication
• Support performance conversations, growth planning, and manager enablement
• Build scalable learning and development programs
• Design and evolve People programs, policies, and processes
• Optimize the People tech stack and leverage automation
• Use data and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, Employee Experience, or HRBP roles
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong relationship-building and coaching skills
• High emotional intelligence and discretion
• Strong program management and operational skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute independently
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
