About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of People & Culture in driving hotel people strategy and workplace culture
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management
  • Act as a point of contact for associates and department leaders on employee matters
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and luxury hospitality service standards
  • Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and welfare initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and workforce analytics
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Coordinate with payroll and support internal/external HR audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and talent management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR Management or equivalent
