About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of People & Culture in driving hotel people strategy and workplace culture
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management
- Act as a point of contact for associates and department leaders on employee matters
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and luxury hospitality service standards
- Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and welfare initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and workforce analytics
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate with payroll and support internal/external HR audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and talent management
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR Management or equivalent
