About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain systematic recruitment and selection processes and candidate databases
  • Adhere to external recruitment procedures to attract top talent
  • Communicate employee in-house rules and regulations
  • Coordinate with Departmental Heads regarding company policies
  • Oversee maintenance of employee facilities including restaurants and locker rooms
  • Ensure compliance with legal practices, statutory records, and forms (E.S.I., P.F, etc.)
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs
  • Oversee performance management systems and appraisals
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processing
  • Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in HR or Administration
  • Experience in hospitality or luxury hotel industry preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hindi
