About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain systematic recruitment and selection processes and candidate databases
- Adhere to external recruitment procedures to attract top talent
- Communicate employee in-house rules and regulations
- Coordinate with Departmental Heads regarding company policies
- Oversee maintenance of employee facilities including restaurants and locker rooms
- Ensure compliance with legal practices, statutory records, and forms (E.S.I., P.F, etc.)
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Oversee performance management systems and appraisals
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processing
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in HR or Administration
- Experience in hospitality or luxury hotel industry preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hindi
