People & Culture Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process including posting roles, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers
• Own weekly recruiting progress and system updates in Smartrecruiters
• Coordinate new hire and contractor pre-boarding activities and onboarding schedules
• Maintain employee personnel files in company HRIS
• Manage 401k administration and transfers through Fidelity
• Handle background checks and audit requests
• Manage the P&C alias inbox and communicate employee issues to Business Partners
• Assist with policy updates, handbook maintenance, and payroll updates
• Utilize people admin systems including Rippling, Salesforce, Adobe Sign, and Egnyte

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or an HR Coordinator role
• Strong HR administration and employee lifecycle support experience
• Experience working with HRIS platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience preparing reports and analyzing HR data
• Interest or exposure to Learning & Development programs
• Prior internship experience
