About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives
- Coach and develop leaders on performance management, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness
- Analyze people data to inform decision-making and recommend actionable solutions
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and talent reviews
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and onboarding
- Lead employee relations matters and conduct objective investigations
- Partner with Total Rewards to support compensation planning and retention strategies
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and monitor organizational health
- Support change management and ensure compliance with employment laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dynamic organizations
- Experience in a Business Partner or similar HR role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret people data
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
