People & Culture Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead ER matters from start to finish with confidence and sound judgement
• Provide first-line generalist HR advice across hiring, performance, attendance, change management, and offboarding
• Respond to employee queries promptly and professionally
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with leaders, employees, and external providers
• Contribute to People & Culture projects
• Support payroll processing for new starters, variations, and terminations
• Apply pragmatic solutions in situations where established processes may not exist

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR role
• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent qualification
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Full driver licence with ability to travel between sites
