People Business Partnership Director

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to C-level executives, aligning people plans with business objectives and future workforce needs.
• Design future-ready organizational structures and enable change through robust workforce planning and transformation projects.
• Analyze business unit trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that improve organizational performance.
• Champion an inclusive culture by partnering with leaders to embed values-based behaviors and drive engagement initiatives.
• Partner with the People Organization to address needs in organizational design, compensation, performance management, and leadership development.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters with a pragmatic and legal-compliant approach.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in general people management and/or a strategic HR business partner role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business goals into human capital strategies.
• Proven expertise in organizational design, compensation, and employee relations.
• Experience supporting diverse functional teams within a global company.
• Demonstrated success in influencing senior leadership and managing change within matrixed environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
