People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to North America business leaders on organizational design, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead employee relations matters with empathy, conducting thorough assessments and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Partner with global L&D and OD teams to support workforce planning, succession planning, and skills development.
• Guide leaders through organizational changes, restructures, and change management processes.
• Utilize HRIS data and AI to identify trends, measure program impact, and support data-informed decision-making.
• Ensure consistent and compliant application of People policies in partnership with local Operations, Payroll, and Benefits teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a People Partner, HRBP, or in an equivalent role.
• Proven expertise in managing employee relations and complex cases.
• Deep knowledge of US employment legislation and market practices.
• Experience working with HRIS data; proficiency with Workday is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain operational flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
