People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO and R&D leaders to develop talent strategies aligned with aggressive business goals
• Utilize headcount modeling, span/layer analysis, and capacity forecasting to guide organizational design
• Champion an "AI First" culture by helping managers augment teams with automated workflows
• Lead the performance lifecycle using data-driven insights to identify high-potential employees and succession risks
• Facilitate development programs focused on AI literacy, prompt engineering, and digital fluency
• Analyze engagement survey results and mobility data to provide a holistic view of organizational health
• Serve as a trusted advisor using HR data to resolve complex employee relations issues with evidence-based recommendations
• Leverage AI and LLMs to automate repetitive HR tasks, synthesize qualitative feedback, and draft internal communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a technical field
• Proven AI curiosity and experience as an early adopter of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney
• Experience supporting R&D and Finance departments within a business-first mindset
• Advanced data fluency with the ability to collect, analyze, and present data to influence senior leadership
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
