People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive consistent implementation across client groups.
• Act as a consultant to managers on leadership effectiveness, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding talent development, inclusive leadership, and resolving employee concerns.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for organizational improvement.
• Support change management initiatives and projects to ensure smooth transitions and clear communication.
• Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into talent management practices.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3+ years in an HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience with change management processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a fixed shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or professional HR certification.
• Experience supporting global teams.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with experience using data-driven insights.
