People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the full employee journey, including onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration for new hires and managers
• Act as a strategic partner to leaders in QA, Product, and Operations to support manager capability and coaching
• Drive organizational development through team structuring, career pathing, and progression frameworks
• Manage employee relations with fairness and professionalism while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law
• Implement and monitor key people metrics such as engagement, retention, and onboarding satisfaction
• Partner with L&D and leadership to align training programs with business growth and talent needs

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in HR, specifically in Business Partnering or similar roles
• Proven expertise in employee experience, organizational development, or talent management
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law
• Experience operating in fast-paced, scaling, or high-growth environments
• Excellent coaching, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
