About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the full employee journey, including onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration for new hires and managers
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders in QA, Product, and Operations to support manager capability and coaching
- Drive organizational development through team structuring, career pathing, and progression frameworks
- Manage employee relations with fairness and professionalism while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law
- Implement and monitor key people metrics such as engagement, retention, and onboarding satisfaction
- Partner with L&D and leadership to align training programs with business growth and talent needs
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in HR, specifically in Business Partnering or similar roles
- Proven expertise in employee experience, organizational development, or talent management
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law
- Experience operating in fast-paced, scaling, or high-growth environments
- Excellent coaching, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
