About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health
- Translate business strategy into people plans to support scale and performance
- Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning
- Coach managers in feedback, communication, and decision-making
- Drive adoption of core People programs including performance cycles and compensation planning
- Utilize generative AI tools to automate workflows and synthesize engagement data
- Build and execute inclusive change management plans
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in People or HR roles
- At least 2 years partnering directly with business leaders in high-growth environments
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) into HR workflows
- Working knowledge of US and Canadian employment law
- Proficiency with BambooHR, Culture Amp, Greenhouse, Notion, and Google Suite
- Proven ability to coach managers and support organizational change
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal HR education or designation such as SHRM-CP
- Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones
