People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic People partner to business leaders, providing expert advice on people matters and organizational design.
• Lead and deliver core HR processes including performance management, talent planning, and workforce planning.
• Design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals and conduct training needs analysis.
• Develop and deliver in-house leadership development programs covering topics such as coaching, resilience, and high-performing teams.
• Oversee onboarding and induction frameworks to ensure a strong employee experience.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, wellbeing, and inclusion through workshops and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure People policies and practices comply with employment legislation and support employee relations matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
• Strong background in Learning & Development (L&D), organizational development, or talent development.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to use data and analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional coaching qualification.
• Experience with workplace development tools.
