About the Company

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We are building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company to make clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with field operations leaders to support the hourly workforce
• Maintain deep knowledge of Colorado labor and employment law, including wage and hour requirements and CDLE regulations
• Design and deliver people programs that reinforce company values for field teams
• Partner with recruiting on onboarding, performance conversations, and retention strategies
• Act as a trusted partner to frontline supervisors for employee relations and leadership coaching
• Track and analyze key people metrics such as turnover and engagement
• Lead investigations and mediate workplace issues with sound judgment

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR business partner, people operations, or employee relations roles
• Experience supporting hourly or non-exempt workforces
• Deep fluency in Colorado employment law (HELP Rules, FAMLI, HFWA)
• Proven track record of earning trust with hourly employees
• Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
• Experience with modern tools, including AI
• Experience in trades, construction, or field services is a strong plus
