About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner for managers and employees regarding performance management, talent development, and organizational efficiency
- Identify and develop talent to ensure a strong pipeline and effective succession planning
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers on effective people management practices
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with managers to resolve team issues, conflicts, turnover, and absenteeism
- Manage organizational change, including restructuring and process changes
- Analyze P&C data and monitor KPIs to recommend actions supporting organizational efficiency
- Collaborate with P&C COE teams such as Recruitment, L&D, and Comp&Ben
- Participate in personnel budgeting and support engagement survey processes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP
- High business awareness and understanding of the business role of HR
- Experience working with data and formulating conclusions using appropriate tools
- Professional experience working with distributed structures
- Practical knowledge of labor law
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English
- Proactive, independent, and responsible approach
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic and agile environment
