Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders in Engineering, Physics, and Operations on organizational design and team structure
• Co-own the rollout and evolution of performance review processes and career frameworks
• Coach managers on feedback, expectations, and leadership capability
• Navigate complex employee relations with empathy and accountability
• Facilitate change management and organizational effectiveness during rapid scaling
• Use people data to inform strategic recommendations
• Maintain compliance with German labor law (BetrVG, TzBfG, AGG)

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience
• 5+ years in a dedicated business partnering capacity
• Experience in scaling tech, deep-tech, or engineering-heavy environments
• Strong command of German labor law
• Fluency in German and English
• Ability to coach leaders through ambiguity and organizational change

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering with technical, scientific, or engineering leaders
• Proven track record of building or evolving performance management frameworks
• Multi-country HR exposure
