People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business leaders, providing guidance and influencing decision-making
• Ensure labor and legal compliance, including active management of union relationships and collective agreements
• Support, guide, and coach leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace challenges
• Drive key people processes, including talent management, performance, and workforce planning
• Promote a high-performance and people-centric culture within a manufacturing environment
• Support organizational change initiatives aligned with business needs
• Monitor and analyze people metrics (KPIs) to support decision-making

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in manufacturing or plant environments
• Proven hands-on experience managing labor relations and unions (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and collective agreements
• Experience working closely with operations and employees on-site
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels
• Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
