About the role
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with managers to coach on leadership effectiveness, team health, and organizational design.
- Operationalize company culture strategies, including DEI, engagement, and recognition, within client groups.
- Own the performance management cycle for Senior Director level and below, including reviews, talent calibrations, and pay-for-performance conversations.
- Manage employee relations matters independently, including conflict resolution, policy guidance, and informal investigations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on role intake and interview calibration.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to surface and address team development needs.
- Work with HR Operations to support lifecycle transactions and maintain HRIS data integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations matters independently with strong judgment.
- Hands-on experience with performance management processes, including calibrations and reviews.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools such as Rippling, Workday, or Insperity.
- Familiarity with SOX-related people process controls.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for company meetings and departmental gatherings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the consumer goods or food & beverage industry.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
- Experience working in a public or recently public company.
- Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and People & Culture.
