Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to assigned Business Units by understanding departmental goals
• Drive a high-performance culture through talent mapping and performance review processes
• Handle employee relations cases autonomously
• Support organizational design, succession planning, and learning and development
• Transform data into evidence-based insights for continuous improvement
• Guide change management initiatives and collaborate on People projects
• Work with the Senior Culture and Inclusion Manager to embed inclusive practices

Requirements

• Experience as a People Business Partner or Advisor/Coordinator
• Knowledge of business partnering principles including coaching and talent management
• Confidence in managing employee relations cases
• Strong communication and high emotional intelligence
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate company needs
• Base-level understanding of employment law

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced scale-up or Marketing & Media environment
• Experience using Hibob
• Experience supporting German, Spanish, or Portuguese markets
• Proven ability to use data to influence business decisions
