Responsibilities

• Own and drive key People functions including manager enablement, workforce planning, and change management
• Develop people programs covering performance management, compensation, and succession planning
• Manage employee relations including investigations, compliance, and terminations
• Identify development needs through periodic evaluations and partner with managers to improve performance and retention
• Provide guidance on total rewards, leveling, organizational design, and employee communications
• Own the entire employee lifecycle for performance management and advancement

Requirements

• 8+ years of HRBP experience within a high-growth tech environment
• High level of IQ and EQ
• Hands-on operational experience facilitating people programs
• Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
• Experience scaling teams through an IPO
• Experience partnering with founders to shape people strategies
• Experience working in an international company, specifically in Japan, Korea, or Germany
