Responsibilities
- Own and drive key People functions including manager enablement, workforce planning, and change management
- Develop people programs covering performance management, compensation, and succession planning
- Manage employee relations including investigations, compliance, and terminations
- Identify development needs through periodic evaluations and partner with managers to improve performance and retention
- Provide guidance on total rewards, leveling, organizational design, and employee communications
- Own the entire employee lifecycle for performance management and advancement
Requirements
- 8+ years of HRBP experience within a high-growth tech environment
- High level of IQ and EQ
- Hands-on operational experience facilitating people programs
- Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
- Experience scaling teams through an IPO
- Experience partnering with founders to shape people strategies
- Experience working in an international company, specifically in Japan, Korea, or Germany
