People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key People functions for client groups, including manager enablement, talent management, and coaching
• Align business strategy through workforce planning, change management, and people analytics
• Develop and implement people programs covering performance management, compensation, and succession planning
• Manage employee relations, including investigations, compliance, and performance improvement plans
• Partner with managers to identify development needs and implement strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Provide leadership in organizational design, total rewards, and culture development

Requirements

• 8+ years of HRBP experience within a high-growth tech environment
• Hands-on operational experience facilitating people programs and knowledge of HR procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data
• High level of both IQ and EQ

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Experience scaling teams through an IPO
• Experience partnering with founders to shape people strategies
• Experience working in an international company, particularly in Japan, Korea, or Germany
