People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Communicate and execute People policies and procedures across the organization
• Lead talent management, employee training, and engagement initiatives
• Develop leaders through mentorship and training delivery
• Provide guidance on employment law, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures
• Build strong relationships with leadership to address performance gaps through people solutions
• Manage the People Cycle Process, including rewards, merit, bonus validation, and structure alignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
