About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate and execute People policies and procedures across the organization
- Lead talent management, employee training, and engagement initiatives
- Develop leaders through mentorship and training delivery
- Provide guidance on employment law, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures
- Build strong relationships with leadership to address performance gaps through people solutions
- Manage the People Cycle Process, including rewards, merit, bonus validation, and structure alignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
