People Business Generalist II

Responsibilities

• Support People Business Partners in administering HR programs, policies, and processes
• Provide guidance to employees on HR procedures, benefits, and policies
• Assist with employee relations cases, documentation, and investigations under senior direction
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities
• Partner with Payroll, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth execution of people processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy, labor law, and reporting requirements
• Contribute to HR communications, trainings, and initiatives that strengthen engagement and culture
• Support workforce reporting and analytics by preparing reports and ensuring data accuracy
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and consistency

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to generalist or business partner functions
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR operations, and compliance requirements
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
