People Application Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the administration and configuration of Raisin's People applications and HRIS
• Act as the main point of contact for incident resolution within the People tooling stack
• Configure applications to meet business needs in alignment with People Solutions leadership
• Manage automated account onboarding and Identity and Access Management (IAM) for People applications
• Support seamless integrations between People applications and other systems, collaborating with Enterprise IT
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, customizations, and interfaces

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or application management
• Strong domain knowledge of People processes across the employee lifecycle
• Proven ability to manage incidents and tasks within established SLAs
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential data
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Personio or similar HRIS tooling
• Proficiency in German
