Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries
• Support employee relations cases including performance, absence, and grievance matters
• Maintain accurate HR records and compliance across HiBob and Humaans
• Support managers in carrying out effective performance reviews and feedback conversations
• Partner with hiring managers and the Head of Talent to support recruitment and onboarding
• Coordinate recruitment administration, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
• Support the delivery of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Provide cover and support for Front of House / Office Coordinator tasks
• Support Senior People Partner with DEI initiatives

Requirements

• Solid HR generalist experience in employee lifecycle management
• Working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Experience managing performance, disciplinary, and capability processes
• Experience supporting recruitment activities and onboarding
• Proficiency with HR systems such as HiBob or Humaans
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• CIPD Level 3 required (Level 5 desirable)
