People and Talent Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Build the data and reporting layer for the People and Talent function, defining key metrics and standing up dashboards.
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate low-leverage tasks and increase team capacity.
• Drive strategic projects across recognition, HR systems, and other cross-functional initiatives.
• Architect the employee recognition strategy from philosophy to mechanical execution.
• Define internal operational processes, including documentation, systems hygiene, and handoffs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for employees regarding benefits, immigration, payroll, and leave.
• Manage the design and iteration of compensation infrastructure, including band modeling and pay equity analyses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR and People Operations experience across compensation, HRIS, analytics, or employee experience.
• Proven experience building and implementing AI-powered workflows within a People or HR context.
• Expert-level Excel or Google Sheets skills and deep fluency with HRIS and BI tools.
• Strong foundations as an HR generalist with the ability to navigate complex employee inquiries.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, commuting to the NYC headquarters 3–4 days per week.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing stakeholder memos and framework documentation.
