People and Culture Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of company performance management cycles and OKR alignment.
• Coordinate performance review processes, timelines, documentation, and probation reviews.
• Consolidate performance data and prepare summary reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal training programs, learning initiatives, and onboarding training structures.
• Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with team managers.
• Organize training schedules, materials, and track participation and progress metrics.
• Maintain performance and learning documentation, guidelines, and competency frameworks.
• Prepare internal communications related to performance and training programs.
• Support HR projects related to talent development and organizational capability building.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Performance Management, or Learning & Development.
• Proven experience supporting performance review processes or training programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced or rapidly growing organizational environment.
