About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of company performance management cycles and OKR alignment.
- Coordinate performance review processes, timelines, documentation, and probation reviews.
- Consolidate performance data and prepare summary reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal training programs, learning initiatives, and onboarding training structures.
- Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with team managers.
- Organize training schedules, materials, and track participation and progress metrics.
- Maintain performance and learning documentation, guidelines, and competency frameworks.
- Prepare internal communications related to performance and training programs.
- Support HR projects related to talent development and organizational capability building.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Performance Management, or Learning & Development.
- Proven experience supporting performance review processes or training programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced or rapidly growing organizational environment.
