People and Culture Projects and Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate People & Culture projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Support the design and implementation of initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, well-being, and sustainability
• Align DEI and GDPR local programs with the global vision
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, and prepare analytical reports
• Support payroll operations by reviewing schedules, performing control checks, and maintaining the payroll database
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business priorities
• Execute and participate in the organization of company events and team building
• Participate in the implementation of new software and tools to optimize work processes

Requirements

• Degree in HR or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken)
• Strong computer literacy, specifically with MS Office and Excel
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
